📄 Returns & Refunds Policy

At Train.Roll.Evolve, all products are made or sourced specifically for each order. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.


🔁 Apparel (T-Shirts & Caps)

All t-shirts and caps are made to order.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected
  • Change of mind
  • Preference (e.g. colour/style)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


📦 Accessories & Other Products 

Returns for non-apparel items may be accepted depending on the supplier.

🔁 Returns may be accepted if:

  • Item is unused and in original packaging
  • Return is requested within 14 days of delivery

⚠️ Customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Safe return of the item

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used items
  • Items not in original condition
  • Change of mind (unless approved)

🚚 Shipping Issues

If your order is:

  • Lost in transit
  • Marked delivered but not received

Please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
